Vuk RADOVIĆ (m) PhD, LL.M. (Pittsburgh), is a full professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he is currently teaching the following courses: Company law, Commercial law, Bankruptcy law and EC Company law. Apart from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, he teaches courses at other faculties as well, such as the Faculty of Law in Graz, the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Geography in Belgrade, the Faculty of Law in East Sarajevo and the Faculty of Law (UDG) in Podgorica. Vuk Radović graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 1999 and already in 2000 started working at the same Faculty. In 2003, he defended his magister thesis at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, in 2004 he defended his LL.M. thesis in the USA, at the Pittsburgh Law School, and in 2007 he defended his PhD thesis at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. He is the author of numerous monographs and papers on Company Law, Corporate Governance, Insolvency Law, Law of Takeovers and Commercial Law. All these areas of law include gender sensitive issues.
