Tatjana JEVREMOVIĆ PETROVIĆ (f) graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 1997. She obtained a Master’s Degree in 2001 at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law with a Master thesis entitled Cross-border Transfer of A Company’s Seat in the Law of the European Union, and a PhD Degree in 2008 with a thesis entitled Cross-border merger in the Comparative Law and EU Law. She was a Research Assistant (1998–2003) and Research Associate (2003–2009) at the Institute of International Politics and Economics in Belgrade. Since 2009 she has been an Assistant Professor, and since 2015 an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. During her studies she was awarded a number of scholarships, including the Van Calker Scholarship for research done at the Institute of Comparative Law, Lausanne (Switzerland), and a Scholarship from the Swiss Commission for scholarships for foreign students at the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne, Switzerland for the academic year 2001-2002. She is a member of the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia.
